Graham Customer Service
Graham offers a 10 year warranty on all of our Graham Certified™ Tape tape media.
Process For Tape Returns
- If a problem exists with a Graham Certified™ tape, please contact your Graham Magnetics sales person to initiate the return. We will request failure information along with system messages, error codes experienced, etc. to aid in the quick pinpointing of the reported problem.
- The sales person will obtain a āGā RGA (Return Goods Authorization) from Customer Care in Atlanta, GA for a representative sample of the product to be returned to our plant in Graham, Texas for evaluation.
- The sales person will then provide the user with the āGā RGA information and shipping instructions to our processing facility in Graham, Texas.
- Upon receipt in Graham, our Quality Engineers will evaluate the media to determine what may have caused the problem. If there is a media issue, the media will be replaced along with a written report with evaluation test results.
- If we are unable to find an issue with the media, our engineers may request additional data to determine what may be causing this reported problem, and if necessary this may include a discussion with the appropriate tape drive support staff and even a site visit in order to resolve the issue.
Graham Magnetics sets the "Gold Standard" in the certified tape market, and our primary objective is to make sure all users are 100% satisfied with our product.
